The structure of our property management school is geared towards the busy professional who wants to provide residential property management for themselves or others. What this means, is that you can complete our property management school at your own pace, online, and whether or not you are in Fayetteville, NC. We combine online modular lessons, along with live virtual sessions, to enhance your experience. In the event you can’t attend the live sessions, a recording will be available for you.

Additionally, all of the information will be relevant even if you take your exam for any state across the country. While this course doesn’t meet the educational requirements for licensure, you will find that our deep dive in the topics will make the pre-licensing course easier, and the exam just as easy to pass.
